Boa's (Hyesook) painting has great
color harmony. I especially love the watering can's highlighting with the warm high-key tones of yellows and oranges, and the warm shadows in the blue-green tones. the lights and shadows bounce off each other. Also the composition takes your eye in a tight circle around the objects.

Boa's (Hyesook) painting has a great
contrast in color. I like the blue-green applied to the can and the tint of yellow on the right side really helps to realize the light source, as does the undertone applied to the background, as it veers to a shadow behind the still-life

I also love the reflection of warm hues on the watering can. The reflections really make the focal point objects stand out and bring the piece together. I love how you handled the flower, and the varied negative space makes the background interesting as well! Very nice!!
